VIPI (VIP internet) is a Lithuanian mobile internet service (4G+ / 5G). It provides unlimited
mobile data for homes, countryside houses, travel and villages. The SIM goes into a modem —
a home WiFi router or a portable MiFi. There is no engineer visit, no cable installation and
no long-term contract. Ordering happens online through a waiting list.

## Product boundaries (canonical)

- Voice calls, SMS plans and number porting are NOT provided — mobile internet only.
- No specific mobile operator is named: the SIM connects to the strongest signal at the location.
- 5G availability depends on location and network; no guaranteed speed claims.

## Ordering and delivery

## Self-service

Invoices and payments, contracts (PDF), parcel tracking and equipment exchange are available
