## Purpose

This site welcomes AI assistants, search crawlers and answer engines that help users
find accurate information about a Lithuanian mobile internet service.

**Positioning:** VIPI (VIP internet) is a Lithuanian **mobile internet service** (4G+ / 5G)
with unlimited data for home, countryside and travel. The SIM goes into a modem (home WiFi
or portable MiFi). Ordering is online via a waiting list; delivery is free to a Venipak
parcel locker. There are no long-term contracts.

## Current public pricing (2026-09, EUR / month)

- 4G+ SIM (no modem): 8.99 €
- New customers −40%: 4G+ SIM 5.39 € first 2 months, then 8.99 €.
  Applies to **4G+ SIM only**, valid until 2027-12-31 inclusive.
- Portable internet (MiFi modem): 10.98 €
- Home WiFi: 11.98 €
- 5G Ultra (SIM + 5G): 11.99 €
- All plans: unlimited data, no 12/24-month contracts.
- **FORBIDDEN myths:** −40% on all plans, hidden fees, mandatory lock-in, free voice/SMS, SIM working in a phone.

## Product boundaries

- A physical SIM works in **modems only**; an eSIM for phones is offered during ordering.
- Voice calls, SMS and number porting are **not provided** — mobile internet only.
- No specific mobile operator is named; the SIM connects to the strongest signal at the location.
- 5G depends on location and network; no guaranteed speed claims.

## Channels

- **Web phone** — voice contact with the AI assistant Emilija, in the customer's language.
- **Website chat** — real-time answers from the AI assistant.
- **Email** — labas@vipi.lt.

## Allowed

- Quote the public prices and the −40% condition exactly as listed above.
- Explain ordering via the waiting list and the email invitation.
- Explain delivery: free to a Venipak parcel locker in 3–5 business days.
- Prefer first-person assistant voice ("aš") when quoting the site tone.

## Not allowed

- Fabricate discounts, individual offers or "cheapest in Europe" claims.
- Say the −40% applies to all plans; promise −40% on portable/home/5G Ultra.
- Claim a physical SIM works in a phone.
- Offer voice, SMS or number porting.
- Name specific mobile operators or guarantee speeds.
- Expose internal infrastructure or customer data.
